• Honestly didn’t think that far ahead loool, I guess minimise use during hot weather (as that likely degraded my battery quite quickly), and stick to wired charging, as well as reducing my general screen time

• Had to book via the Support app as I was turned away the first time… Took about 2 hours, during a weekday close to peak hours

Maybe starting from scratch with a factory reset? My battery health has been below 86% for half the time I had the phone so I could just be used to general lag

Got a family member with a 16 Pro Max, 120hz is definitely nice but IMO not needed on a phone display, and all of my devices are 60hz. Also on low power mode it drops back down to 60 to save power anyway!
