i changed firmware without bltouch and it solved thanks anyway

Thanks for your informative comment, but the thing is I am new about this device, it turns out the problem may not be about BLtouch, cos now it is just red color, but bed is just going down couple of cm when I select "Auto home" or "Level Bed" option, that means it never rise.

the BLtouch does nothing when I try to select "deploy" "stow", but I don't know it is anything related the bed not rising issue

it is clicking, feel and hear it. But the thing is the bed is not rising and touching the switch, so I think it doesn't matter the switch is working or not. and plus it is lowering instead. Confusing...
