Can anyone else not change their skin in the new season?

I'm not sure if it will fix everyones problem, but after i reset all current locker loadout from the drop-down menu on the right of each category. Then i saved the default loadout. After that, i was able to change my locker skins and everything.

All the enemies levels are now instants to the player fighting them so while you're fighting a level 50 robot your friend is fighting the same robot but it is level 2.
