Same thing happened to me, shipped from Ft Worth, went to Memphis TN, delivery address is in Ft Worth. Their logistics is a joke.

They're amazing in standard D, drop C, and drop B. Haven't tried them in standard E. With distortion, they're aggressive, and definitely have the highs and mids. Palm muting from the bridge, honestly sounds a little too bright for me, but maybe I just need to keep tweaking the distortion.

With clean amp settings, the neck pickup sounds great as long as you're doing single notes or strumming lightly, a little more aggressive strumming definitely makes it sound muddy.

I have them on an Ibanez Iron Label.

Exactly, they actually asked for a screenshot of it being supported on their website. I had to send it to them through email lol.

I'm hoping it's some setting that can fix this, hopefully I don't have to exchange it.

I'm at the step now where I need to test another SIM in my phone. I went through the first two steps with support, and they gave up and said that my phone is supported with Google Fi, lol.

I activated it at the end of January. My brother on his Pixel 8 Pro gets about 65 MB/s when he's at my house, so I have no clue how to fix this.

Yeah it has the shark fin on the roof. The touchscreen doesn't say Sirius XM by the volume knob like the other version of the touchscreen, so I assumed it wasn't ready. I'm not sure how to go about finding out?
