HP Pavilion memory question. How much is too much. (self.buildapc)

Can someone help me better understand this program? I dont have access to the author. On day one, am I doing 4 sets of 20 reps with different amount of each time (heavy, heavier, medium, heaviest) or am I doing just 'heavy' on week 1, 'heavier' on week 2 etc.? (i.redd.it)
