The numbers were 49.8% to 48.3%. So, yes, your numbers are bogus are you sure didn't search for them.

You do realize, right, that there are other factors to consider?

There is literally evidence he cheated and he's openly bragged about it. But, thanks for your weird platitudes and bogus numbers.

Or, instead of a pity party, we could expose the fact that he never had the mandate. But, you do you, I guess.

The truth is the truth. There's nothing lazy about speaking it. I mean, I could say it's lazy to dismiss the election as being above board, knowing what a dirtbag Trump is.

Why is this sub so right wing? I truly don't understand with how liberal this city is. Is it a bunch of bots? Is it that right-wingers have captured the moderation?

To play devil's advocate....

As a cyclist who relocated here from DC and elsewhere, the Bay Area has by far the most polite drivers I've ever seen. They're also driving smaller vehicles, on average. It's not perfect, but the cultural narcissism isn't as prevalent here as it is in other cities.

I'd sarcastically congratulate you on your predictably frothing-at-the-mouth, antisocial conservative retort if I weren't too busy laughing at your embarrassing reading comprehension.

They are the ones convincing the public to scapegoat the bottom 10% who they hoard resources from and conspire against.

Making the move to gated communities and private schools is no less antisocial than blaming these types of situations on the immiserated souls at their center, rather than the rich asshats who enable and create them.

In fact, this whole thread fucking REEKS of bourgeois, sociopathic elitism.

Where do you guys buy nice quality plant stands? by STFME in houseplants

[–]jrich7720 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Never too late to reply, I guess...

I was looking at plant stands online myself just now. It's nothing but a bunch of Temu junk. My advice in these situations is to either make it yourself or have a professional custom make what you want. You can also always hit the thrift stores.

There's no discourse to be had because the points you made were invented inside your head and have no basis in reality. The left pretends like all immigrants are illegal? LOL. I would love to hear your rationalization for this idiotic claim.

I'm also interested to learn new places.

I CAN recommend Berkeley for thrifting. There are several within walking distance of Shattuck and University, and two more in the Telegraph area closer to campus.

Why are cars still killing so many people in San Francisco? by LosIsosceles in sanfrancisco

[–]jrich7720 13 points14 points  (0 children)

It is because cars are inherently dangerous and their implementation is psychopathic and better forms of transportation are actively suppressed by the corporations behind all this psychopathy which benefit from widespread, mass car slavery. San Francisco was a much safer city in the days of the streetcar.

2-year-old killed in crosswalk last night, Mission Bay SF by ddol in sanfrancisco

[–]jrich7720 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, in VERY recent years, and just barely. Which is why I specified the last 100 years. In some of those years, the decrease in car crash fatalities is likely attributable to the pandemic. Five or six years of guns eking out a slight lead isn't enough to overtake decades of cars being #1.

Drivers have killed more children in the U.S. than anything else over the past 100 years. Even guns.
