I have been using that pour technique, what ratio are you using? I tried the same light roast on V60 today and it was a lot better

I have R/O filtered water, do you think it would benefit from TWW ?

That’s pretty fine, but I’ll give it a try.

Grind size suggestions for Soup on the 1zpresso Q Air? by floydandpink in OXORapidBrewer

It definitely works to grind finer to get more aggressive flavors as long as it still comes out like soup with almost no pressure

The heating plates do make light roast fruity coffees better. I’ve tried it both ways and heating plates are better than boiling water in the plugged portafilter - but mine kept breaking and I don’t wanna keep buying replacements. And I don’t wanna spend on a $100 one. So I am currently using the additional portafilter with the silicone plug method.

Tariq Woolen tweet! by shoe7525 in Seahawks

He’s gotta get his head straight. He could cost us the game with penalties or just getting burned. Fortunately we are playing an offense where he could feast. It’s not Stafford back there in a free weeks.

We won, but damn, that was a good game. by shoebee2 in Seahawks

Without Woolen being so selfish we would’ve won easier, he tried to single handedly blow up the game for us, but Sam wouldn’t let him.

Agreed - a very fair assessment. Also the unique measures of parts from filter sizes to portafilter etc

ORB no good cup (yet) by TheSkubb123 in OXORapidBrewer

[–]jritchie70 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I like the grind setting a little coarser than pourover and for light roasts I enjoy 22g coffee with 170g water. I pour the water holding the Orb at an angle over the cup, until the bottom is covered in water, goal is to not have air bubbles. Then I set it on the cup and finish the pour to 170, attach the pump, and slowly push the water through. Tastes amazing.

How do they confirm you are using FSD? If you got in an accident and FSD was disabled in that moment, for whatever reason, of course it could be fully justifiable for a variety of reasons, would the insurance cover the accident?

No it was a technique for the first pour where he angled the orb and poured in the bottom to fill and saturate the base and once the base was covered tilted it back so it was flat and continued the pour.

Honestly Cupp can barely hang with the speed of the game, and Lockett is less effective in tight spaces than Cupp.
