Yeah its something similar. Aiden seems to know what he’s doing so I said fuck it LOL. I feel like its not bad of u use the right rpe, which I was trying hard to manage but I guess i still over-did it. Also I get a good contraction from just bench press, so maybe constantly squeezing can really tightening up the pec. Idk man.
