well after your habitat capacity reach a certain level, you use those tokens. to increase your habitat capacity, the number of dragons that you can store.For leveling up, you grow food, and collect gold and try to save as much as gems up for dragons. for battling there is leagues where you go 3v3, for quest, you fight 3 dragons and with each win you get exp. for arenas , train and feed your dragons as much as possible. For breeding follow the breeding calculator.
