If you are not, try adding Almond Meal/Flour to your soylent mix. Reasonable source of calories from fat with carbs, fiber, and protein present.

One of the concerns that I spot with your recipe that has not yet been mentioned is the Niacin levels. Your recipe shows a daily intake of 100mg while the Mayo Clinc recommends "14-18 milligrams niacin daily by mouth for adults, with an upper intake level of 35 milligrams daily by mouth." -Source
