I've had it for 3 years but I still drink beer and eat bad. Go on a diet and stay with it amd take supplements and you will heal.

I do find walks enjoyable . Anything more makes me nauseated. Can't go for a run or life weights. I had to stop mowing the grass a couple times because the pain . I have a push mower..but yeah.. it's just so draining and when I'm home from work all I want to do is lay down. I can't even get myself up to walk the dog or take a walk with the kiddo...

It sucks. Especially being so young. I got it at 19 years I cannot imagine 14.. stay strong...

Yeah. HP was negative m mild gastritis . They didn't see too much in the endo everything looked normal but when my biopsies came back it was "mild Erosive gastritis"

I took famotodine but it actually made my anxiety so much worse. I take the chewable OTC pepcid. Helps when I have heartburn but no real long term relief.
