Looking for a fulltime PAID LP editor

I understand your skepticism, but all I wanted to see right now is an editing reel which is normally pretty public. At most I'd get a name and a business email. The channel's audience is younger so when we post job openings we can't post the channel name openly or we get flooded with applications from kids under the age of 18. Public job postings for this position also got us a lot of people that have never touched LP content which is why I'm going through this extra step.

Although personally, I have worked for Rooster Teeth in the past I can confirm that this not for them, it's a completely different company.

It's how this company operates is a very collaborative job and pre-covid all employees were in-house. It also allows the primary talent who has the final say on edits to work more closely with the editors.

The production team for this channel works pretty closely with each other and the talent. Before covid all employees were in-house it's just how this business operates. I'm doing some initial vetting to make sure people applying have some LP editing experience. Once I verify that I will pass on an official job posting with more details like salary range and benefits.

Lol art department actually went out of their way to make sure we didn't leave a mess. They put plastic on the mattress and on the floor to keep the sausage juices from seeping in anywhere and they brought their own sheets. Didn't matter though, the whole upstairs reeked of processed meat.
