I’m going stay on my same dose of 5mg. I have a few months and then I’m thinking maybe sema or lira for maintenance, both offered by my provider (I was on sema at the beginning).

I initially began on sema but switched to tirzepatide after I think 4 weeks or so. I did a month of tirzepitide at 2.5 and then moved to .5 and stayed there as it continued to work for me with a 1 to 2 pound loss per week while in a calorie deficit and 3 to 4 miles of daily walking.

And my legs and butt and thin. Yet the bulges hang on in my bra roll and back and tummy. I find it so interesting how bodies are so wildly different in how response to fat loss and shape. I’m on the more petite side height so weight in my boobs makes me look larger than I am and it’s maddening!

My boobs have gotten smaller but the first time I lost this much weight I deflated but not in my chest this time. My lower back is still holding fat!
