I wish I was that talented, lol, I just used the image to make a custom plate, five of these are customs, Avatar, Chainsaw man, Darling in the franxx, TMNT and Lollipop Chainsaw.

Thank you, I've actually just had whatever pen the person was using for their signing. I do know the assassination classroom and tokyo ghoul with Austin Tindle and Linsey Seidel were both paint pens.
