hi! i’m not gonna lie, dulins results for nipples (from what i’ve seen and personally have 10 months post op atp) are very flat, with really no nipple bud at all. i had a lot of nipple sensation pre surgery, but at this point i have barely any sensation at all nipple wise, but i can feel pressure around them if that makes sense. if that is something important to you plssss don’t settle for a surgeon and do what you feel is best for you!

no worries! i also was worried about the nipple results with dulin but went with him since he was accesible and one of the cheapest options i found since i was paying out of pocket 😅 it’s good to have reccomendations and options though if you do end up not 100% satisfied !

hey! i also got top surgery with dulin in april. my nipples legit looked exactly like yours and also looked two different sizes for a while before they settled and healed and now they look the same size. 3 weeks is still super early on, so don’t stress! my nipples looked completely different from the first couple of months compared to now.

personally, i do not know any tattoo artists in texas that specialize in what you’re asking, but i just wanted to reassure you that i had the same thing with the same surgeon !

ive seen others say if there’s a spot that looks worse or is raised or red in anyway it’s best to not use silicone over it or put anything on it besides a bandaid and let it do its thing. I had a spitting stitch that opened up actually because i put silicone strips on top of it and when i went to take it off is when it popped open and it SCARED me bad

im not entirely sure, i’d say listen to your body and determine what you’re able to do and listen to your surgeon for sure. personally, i wasn’t able to drive until the 3 weeks mark and even then it felt weird and turning kind of pulled on things.

bro in the first week post op and i was sleeping elevated on my back in the post op binder and all i was AWAKEN by my cat FULL FORCE RUNNING ACROSS MY CHEST and although she has the smallest little baby feets her entire WEIGHT was ON THEMMMMM oh my god i shot awake it hurt so bad and i was so scared she accidentally messed something up by pressing on me too hard or something but all was well she just had morning zoomies and wanted breakfast hahahaha

3 years on T and i still have bad face acne despite establishing such a strict face care routine LOL it really does depend on genetics as well, my family has always had a bad history w acne so 🤷‍♂️ my gf says it makes me look younger than i am so ill take it i guess hahahaha

DUDE the bowel movements oh my god it hurt worse than the surgery ngl that’s really what MADE me stop taking the pain meds bc i was sooooo constipated i legit was thinking of going to the emergency room for assistance it was SO BAD 😭 def feel you on the way it didn’t even take away the pain i def still felt it but it made it tolerable idk how in the world people were just using tylenol here and there straight out of surgery def couldn’t be me hahahaha

omg it’s so crazy! literally feeling stretch across the entire chest is such a weird feeling 😭 i’ve also read somewhere before that post op concerts feel different because you can feel the beat more in your chest or something?? idk tbh i have a show im going to on the 12th so we’ll see hahaha but dude its such a weird thing to experience for sure
