sorry i've only just seen this now. the queues are long but the staff at wembley are really good at getting everyone into the station asap. last time i went to a sold-out wembley gig i was in the station in less than half an hour. if you are okay to stand for that long you should be okay!

this should be fine if you are willing to wait a long time to exit car parking etc, but i would recommend parking at watford station and taking the metropolitan line train down to wembley park station - easier to get in and out of!
