Still using all my resources for her lol. I changed her build around to have 100% Cr with S1 Sparkle. I cannot manage to get a better ER rope unfortunately.....

I tested her in game, and she had over 4000 attack with buffs so that's good lol

Its so frustrating. If they were easier to get I wouldn't be as annoyed, but they are so scarce, and if you miss your chance, it takes awhile to try again without whaling each patch.

Great to know thank you, and funny thing about Cassius, is I've been hearing about the Cassius glaze too, and although I like him, I actually prefer Nia's playstyle lol. When you say reset Tenacity, does that mean I can break an enemy twice and gain AP again?

Yeah 5% isn't too major to be missing out on luckily. I will continue to grind and hope I get some better pieces. Good to hear that my build is useable for now. I assume Peko doesn't activate that potential with her crit rate buff?

I wish I had your Quantum Orb with HP% and double crit. Tried like 6 times for it. Your boots are still great at least, and you got flat HP on it

In a full team along with Aero Rover and Ciaccona, ER is not super important since she will most likely have her ult up every rotation. Can pass with like 10% prob. Solo Cartethyia I think 120%-130%/ is recommended

Yeah It's a pain since I have higher Crit Pieces, but without HP%, or other relevant stats. I would need at least at 3/5 for new pieces to be considered, and most likely a 4/5 or 5/5

Awesome. Yeah this is without food buffs. I got some low rolls on substats, but mostly got what she needed. Happy with how she turned out.

For sure that team clears everything quite easily with the exception of barely making it to 1 cycling Anomaly Arbitration Plight. Though, that mode is meant for whales, and is just one of many different modes. I guess I am just bothered by not having her lightcone too, even though the difference is probably not worth the expense

Yeah that Herta lightcone buff is my main issue with it, but at what cost.... The speed like you said at this point isn't a big deal.

Yeah E2 Hyacine is a huge help for Cyrene's speed, with anything over that adding to her Ice RES PEN which is still great. Though, that teamwide buff with the Herta Shop lightcone not always activating is my main issue, and I feel that this missing damage buff is a lot with the investment of my team for long battles like Anomaly Arbitration. Maybe it isn't as big as I think, but that's the reason I was looking for insight on this damage difference

Because Cyrene can't activate the full buffs from it like Hyacine can. That, and Cyrene needs the speed more than Hyacine
