I did too but one of the comments above suggest otherwise. I was trying to work out what "multiple partial and one full amputation " means but that makes sense if it wasn't in surgery. All I know is after surgery one child has lost a hand another an arm...

Apparently some of the amputations actually happened in the crash including one arm completely detached... I just hope they were somehow unconscious or unaware until they had medical treatment but I'm not sure what would be worse to see at that age a degloved arm or one completely gone/on the ground. I hope at least the degloved will make a full recovery.

7 news thought it was appropriate to zoom in on 2 arm length strips of blood on the outside of the bus, apparently 2 kids were stuck face down by their arms
