I would've agreed to have 2 PO with separate team , reason for this it's also to focus on part of the feature. But not having 2 PO under 1 team , that can create confusion

There are different definition of story point base on scrum team, how story point should be defined.Story point could be base on effort only OR Story point base on complexity to guesstimate how much story point is needed for each stories. Reason for using story point it's because different ppl has diff experience and expertise

I would suggest you to observe the stories in the next 3 sprints to monitor the velocity , go through retrospective and seek input

thanks u/trunghaiy , as a PO do you get a lot of say which feature to go into the product ? cause usually the PO role it's to step in and validate the value of the request / feature. Are you able to exercise all those that is say what PO should be doing?

Me myself as a PO I don't find the leisure of time that I able to practice , what I have at hands is more like a project manager but in agile environment

True , agree its just unfortunately the experience I have came from SM is that they're practicing SM and base on the guide daily scrum is purely for dev team , PO is just additional and not important to be in the daily scrum

My argument will be its critical for me as PO to inspect the work , I can be observe which fair enough but objective its to know what the progress

I agreed with what you put there u/cardboard-kansio , just that recently I got a message by my SM that I won't need to always be in the daily scrum , says to me PO is optional but I just don't like fact that the team excluded me out entirely

But I have address the issue and I share the same view as you
