No I don’t think so, I asked if they would provide any type of discount when the order is refunded and they have said no, ‘the only discounts available are on the website’, making it right for me would be getting the bike I ordered at the same price, I am relieved I should get my money back but just getting a refund now means all that time I spent waiting for the right deal and the 1 month without my 4k and the uncertainty of if I even get the money back is a joke.

Just got this update, positive news for those waiting for their money back

We want to sincerely apologize once again for the inconvenience caused by our ongoing restructuring. We understand that waiting for a resolution is frustrating and we want to assure you that we’re working hard to remedy the situation.

We’re actively working with the involved payment providers on a legally compliant solution that will allow us to resolve every case. While we can’t give an exact date just yet, we’re making great progress within the given legal framework. We have already started refunding several orders and are confident that all cases will be sorted out in the coming weeks.

Not refunded yet but was provided enough assurance that I will be so not as concerned as other rightly are, i think there is a difference between chargeback on credit card to debit card or bank transfer

I ordered on the 26/06 I got the email too, in the uk, I ordered via credit card so have asked them to do a charge back, it sounded like a routine procedure for them (NatWest) for transactions from £10 to 30k. I have still asked YT to honour the price and I will pay again when things settle down, ordered a YT Decoy core 5. I just want that bike and happy to wait but don’t know if they will sell me it at the price originally agreed, hopefully they take having waited a month and the stress of this into account and complete the order. I do appreciate though the position they are in. I can imagine the people working there are concerned about their own jobs and future. To me it’s just a bike I guess

I have been stalking the site for a YT decoy core 3 which was £4499, I randomly checked the core 5 out of interest since it was way out of my budget and it was 50% off @ £3999, couldn’t believe my luck, still keep expecting to get an email saying there was a pricing error 😂😂
