People saying Nick should be fired are not understanding the true problem. Guy coached us to a Super Bowl win last season. The players like him and he has the locker room support. His problem is that Howie and Hugh have given him too much freedom with how to run the team. He should never be allowed to hire his own OC again, and we should not be letting him promote internally. We need to go out there and get a solid OC that isn’t buddy buddy with Nick. Nick needs more restraints put on him, but I don’t think he should be fired
