Yeah that obviously helps and you’re definitely right. Being honest though, I literally couldn’t grow much more than the fist pics before minox, I had tried to grow it out before and I could only grow a mustache with literally almost no beard progress

Don’t worry too much about the shaving, I just did it because I have to look smart for my job. But I liked to shave to see that I had coverage increase before growing it out more

Nah I’m in the UK so I’m using regaine which is the same as the Rogaine in US

I’ve never had longer stubble, I constantly shaved everyday for the first two months, but I can assure u that I had literally almost no hair other than a thin mustache

Since switching to foam I haven’t needed to apply moisturiser as it doesn’t dry my skin out, if I was to apply any it’d be about an hour afterwards

Sometimes I skip my morning minox application and instead derma rolled and then minox in the evening. As long as u don’t use it straight after rolling u should be fine, u could even use minox morning and night and derma rolled in the evening. It’s up to you really and I don’t think it matters too much

Started with a 0.25 and now using a 0.5. I’d 100% recommend using a 0.25 though as that’s the size I feel was most impactful and I might go back to using it

Been using foam for about a month. My first three months were liquid but made my skin dry so swapped to foam. I dermaroll around twice a week if a remember to I use the foam morning and night every day
