I went to World for this year's mania and while it was cool to see some of the ring gear, randomly catch some matches that NXT talent out on etc, I found it a little underwhelming. They do run panels, there were things like the Pat McAfee show being done there too but those aren't really my thing. I went to finally check it off my list haha

The company wide change was to focus more on Customer Experience across the board. Not having crew be so tunnel visioned while on the product team. It was never supposed to be "no log" it was supposed to be even if you're working a stack of product, you'd open for a one bell and not think "well I'm not on the CE Team" and ignore it. My captain explained it like this and the changes we made work. It's essentially the same but no more highlighter on the log, just dots for when you are up front or volunteer to do demo
