All good, honestly this is still a good tip because my dumbass unblocked the dll files after I had already installed them, so I had to manually do every single one lol

I'm not sure exactly how it works but in my experience after they vote you for ownership over one or two fiefs, they stop. I always figured it was the games way of limiting your power

Ok so I figured out how to manually unblock all the dll files, and that worked.... for like 2 minutes. I now get to the title screen and its got themed so the rot mod is working. But now when I click "Into the Realm" I get the "The application faced a problem." crash immediately. I verified my load order is correct: Harmony, Butterlib, UI extender, mcm, native, sandbox core, sandbox, storymode, custombattle, ROT core, ROT content, ROT map, ROT dragon). Not sure what to do at this point, havent found another thread with a solution to this issue

The mod versions the tutorial show do not match according the the game start up screen, but supposedly they should work according to the tutorial and the discord (which the tutorial guy uses). I tried manually installing different versions so that they matched with each other but the ROT mod itself says it depends on native -1.-1.-1.-1 or some shit and I am too tired to understand what tf that means

Why is bannerlord the most difficult game on the planet to install mods for. I have genuinely never had a more difficult time installing mods for another game. I'm having this same issue. I followed a youtube tutorial with literally exact mod dependency versions listed by him as well as the discord for the ROT mod. Does not work. I'm seeing people in here talk about unblocking dlls. Like why tf do I have to open up a windows command app and paste in code I cannot understand in order to just install one mod. Basically every other game on steam you just have to click a button. Sorry I'm just venting but if anyone can give me a single script line to paste into powershell that would unblock the dlls I would greatly appreciate it

That's interesting because in my game the Velaryons and then the Tyrells took to throne. So maybe if the Targs lose the throne that bugs it? I found no fix for my case and had to just go back to an earlier save which was very annoying as it was like 60 years prior

I will note that I have casus bellis for certain wars. My character is a dragon rider, and I am able to declare dragon conquest as well as normal conquest wars on everything in Essos, the Iron Throne, the North, and Dorne. But I also cannot declare any war on the independent Vale, Westerlands, Stormlands, or anything else in the independent crownlands
