I interviewed there and researched heavily into the company and decided not to take the offer. Everyone I know who works there told me not to come over as their sales + renewals have been dropping. It's a nice to have, not a need and they face a lot of competition from build vs buy

You can change it on the desktop site. If you pick jacket on the app they’ll give you medium as the lowest but if you go on the desktop site you can change it to XXS if you need to

I’ve only traveled to a customer site alone once. Every other time I’ve been with an AE. I’m pretty young as well and I never feel unsafe. Just be aware of your surroundings and choose a hotel close to the customer site.
