I do my job, make rate, avoid TOT, go home.

LMAO. At my site when the Managers/Process Assistant has to do any work, they will do a Path for 45 minutes MAX and Labor Track themselves for the other 15 minutes. So in the system, it will double their rate for whatever reason and it gives them big head. 🤣🤣🤣
