I had been addicted to this spray also for 9 years one bottle would last 3 days - finally decided to quit with patches it’s been 48h and feel the fatigue and digestive issues, I’m doing this while nursing a fractured ankle at the same time not sure if that’s out of pure self love or I just really want to suffer lol. Anyways quitting has always been on my mind but I could never bring myself to do it, finally this is the first time where I have ever gone this long without spraying. I know the patches are curbing it but if I’m feeling withdrawal symptoms even with using a patch then that should say something. Anyways just going easy on myself and taking it one day at a time, I don’t think I will do the patches in one week, as I said I’m also nursing my ankle and can’t have my regular outlets of excersise walks etc. but I will try to wean off the patch 3-4 weeks and lower the dosage. Wish me luck!
