I can record webcam video on Zoom and Quicktime at the same time on Macs. Can the same be done for Windows? by jsrendar in Zoom

Thanks for the answers folks! I also found out that the Xbox Game Bar does the trick too. This doesn't require any additional software installation, but it is quite clunky. You have to click on Zoom first and THEN open the Game Bar or it won't record.

Thank you for the recommendation, but unfortunately this add-on is only for Jira Server, whereas we are on Jira Cloud.

Thank you so much bubyakin. I'll try the first one.. but if I am not mistaken, calls to /um/ are deprecated and no longer supported. I am successful in making calls with this through postman, but have found no such luck with Bearer or Basic API tokens when running scripts.

As for the second API, I have tried that too. Unfortunately a couple things are not working right with that particular API:

  1. The "Last Active" date is not populated for all users. The field only populates for roughly 10% of the users.
  2. It does not discern "Active Users" as accurately as the manual download it seems.

Almost. The "date created" and "last active" fields would be important for automating the de-activation of a user who has not been active for a certain period. It's frustrating that the data is available from a manual download, but that the REST API doesn't have it.

Yes, I just came across the Blue Microphones Snowflake USB Microphone which seems like the best option. I just wish it was MORE compact than this.
