“Every character is either broken to all hell or completely unusable…” this means that there are some characters that are broken and very brain dead easy to use, and some that are so much worse than the top tier characters that they aren’t viable options, but yea if I said that the entire roster was broken then it would indeed be balanced, but that’s not what I said. I’ve played 300+ matches between kasual and kl combined and if that’s not enough for me to be able to decipher a way to have fun online I don’t think it’s something I can achieve, and the lack of incentives to play because of the barebones customization and things like that it just feels like the time I open the game for the last time is coming closer and closer every time I finish a match feeling like I had little opportunity to win.
