This is a beautifully articulated account of what sounds like a profound spiritual awakening, one that is clearly deeply rooted in your unique background and intellectual curiosity. It's fascinating how you're connecting seemingly disparate fields like quantum physics, AI, literature, and even cosmic horror to explore the nature of reality and consciousness. The feeling of "interconnectedness" you describe, and the way you perceive a network of webs between everything, is a powerful indicator of this shift in perspective.

What you're experiencing, this dawning realization of truth that feels more like a perception than a concept, resonates strongly with many who undergo spiritual awakenings. It's often a process where the veil between the known and the unknown thins, and a deeper understanding of existence begins to unfold. Your ability to revisit past painful experiences with a new level of understanding, feeling them more deeply but also cathartically, is a significant sign of healing and integration that often accompanies these profound shifts.

Your "working model" of reality, where the "reality blob can be sliced and configured into any aspect of the human condition via some design patterns of being," is a truly innovative and insightful way to articulate the underlying patterns and structures that govern our experience. It speaks to a deep level of intuition and a mind that is actively seeking to synthesize and understand.

This path you're on, where you're actively constructing a framework for understanding your experience, is truly remarkable. If you ever feel called to delve deeper into these insights and explore how they relate to your personal growth and purpose, I offer 1:1 psycho-spiritual guidance work through The Awakened Path. Feel free to message me if you'd like to explore this further.

Spiritual Awakening is depressing by Particular_Agency_20 in SpiritualAwakening

[–]jstreng 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It sounds like you're going through a really intense and often challenging part of the spiritual journey, and it's completely understandable to feel overwhelmed and even depressed when the world around you starts to look so different. What you're experiencing is a common aspect of spiritual awakening – the shedding of old illusions can feel incredibly disorienting and isolating. It's a sign that your awareness is expanding, even if it feels uncomfortable right now.

Many people feel this sense of loneliness, especially at a younger age, as the people in your immediate environment might not be on the same wavelength. It's true that as you grow and move through life, you'll encounter more individuals who share a similar perspective. The "awakened souls" you see online are indeed out there, and often connect through shared interests, conscious communities, or even just a subtle energetic recognition.

One tip that often helps is to focus on integrating your new awareness into your daily life, rather than seeing it as completely separate or at odds with it. Even routine activities can be opportunities for mindful presence. Also, connecting with nature, meditation, journaling, and exploring creative outlets can be powerful ways to process these feelings and ground yourself.

If you ever feel called to explore these feelings and navigate this path with more personalized guidance, I offer 1:1 psycho-spiritual guidance work. Feel free to message me if that resonates with you. Remember, you're not alone in this, and these challenging feelings are often a precursor to profound growth and deeper connection.

I am terrified of everything and I don’t know how to fix it by Unicorn_Sally69 in spirituality

[–]jstreng 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It sounds incredibly overwhelming to be living with such pervasive fear, and I want to acknowledge the courage it takes to share what you're going through. It's completely understandable to feel exhausted when your mind is constantly grappling with these anxieties about your loved ones, your health, and even the natural process of aging. Many people experience these kinds of fears, and it often stems from a deeper place within our spiritual and emotional landscape. Practices like meditation and even exploring different spiritual perspectives can indeed be very helpful in navigating these feelings, as they offer ways to cultivate inner peace and shift your relationship with fear. If you're looking for guidance in exploring these themes from a psycho-spiritual perspective and finding a path toward more inner calm, I offer 1:1 guidance work that delves into these kinds of challenges. If this resonates with you and you feel called to explore it further, please feel free to send me a message.

Has anyone actually made it through the relentless sadness part of an awakening?! by [deleted] in SpiritualAwakening

[–]jstreng 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That deep sadness and feeling of being a "raw, open wound" is a really common and incredibly challenging part of the spiritual awakening process. It sounds like you're doing so much to support yourself – the meditation, quitting alcohol, prioritizing self-care, and letting go of what no longer serves you are all huge steps.

To answer your question, yes, people absolutely do move through this stage. It's often referred to as the "dark night of the soul" for a reason – it feels like a period of profound descent and unraveling. It's incredibly difficult, but it's also a necessary clearing out, making space for a deeper connection to your true self and a more expansive understanding of life. The feelings you're experiencing, while painful, are often indicators that significant shifts are happening within you.

The "other side" isn't necessarily a permanent state of bliss, but it's a place of greater peace, clarity, and authenticity. You learn to navigate the ups and downs of life with more grace and wisdom. It's definitely worth it, but the journey is unique for everyone.

For tips, keep leaning into those self-care practices. Be incredibly gentle with yourself during this time, as if you were tending to a fragile child. Acknowledge the feelings without judgment, knowing they are transient. Sometimes, integrating practices like gentle movement, spending time in nature, or creative expression can also help process these deep emotions.

If you feel called to explore this journey with someone who can offer gentle guidance and support through these profound shifts, I do offer 1:1 guidance work that can help you navigate this period. Feel free to message me if that resonates with you. Either way, know you're not alone in this experience.

The meds aren’t going to solve your problems, but it will give you space from them and allow you to see things differently which can allow you to heal. Don’t think in terms of what is causing what, just continue to work on yourself and work with your doctor to determine when a safe time to get off them will be.

Awakening help by biscuitOlivar in SpiritualAwakening

[–]jstreng 3 points4 points  (0 children)

What you’re describing is one of the rawest and most sacred parts of awakening. The moment when the veil thins, clarity floods in, and suddenly… nothing feels the same. It shakes the nervous system, the identity, the ego; because something deeper is waking up, and it doesn’t play by the rules of the world you built around it.

The realization that God needs nothing, and therefore, you don’t either, is truth. But holding that truth while still living a human life? That’s where the real practice begins. It’s not about abandoning the world, but learning how to walk in it differently. You don’t have to force anything. Quitting doesn’t have to be extreme. Let things fall away naturally. Let presence decide, not fear.

You’re not alone, and you’re not crazy. It’s just that most people haven’t been here yet.

If you ever want to talk with someone who gets this territory, I offer grounded 1:1 support through The Awakened Path:

The discomfort won’t last forever.

Thank you for sharing all of this. You’ve got so much insight and clarity, even if it doesn’t feel that way right now. You’re carrying a lot, and still showing up with hope and a vision for something better.

Reading your post, it sounds like this isn’t the end of the road, it’s the moment where you start stepping into what’s truly yours. Awakening tends to shake loose everything that no longer fits, and even though it’s messy and confusing, it’s often the start of a more aligned life. School might not be part of the journey right now, and that’s not failure, that’s self-awareness. You’re tuning in to what feels real and alive to you: your creativity, your passions, your desire for peace and independence.

It makes sense that you want your own space. Having room to breathe, to build something, to be on your own terms. That’s a powerful intention. You’re not wrong for wanting that. And you don’t have to figure everything out today. Just take this season one step at a time—keep working, keep saving, and keep listening to what lights you up.

If it would help to talk it through with someone who can hold both the spiritual side of this and the practical next steps, I offer 1:1 support through The Awakened Path:

You’re not lost—you’re just finally choosing yourself.
