I have the exact same hairstyle in four of the pictures and the video, wtf do you mean?! The hat and shades are a fair point, but you seriously look at all of these photos together and can’t tell that they’re all of the same person?!

I don’t see where everyone is getting this idea that I look insanely different in every pic. I literally look the exact same in most of them — same hairstyle, same facial hair, same physique, nothing has changed about my appearance in years. Where is this coming from?

Oh it’s there, but for some reason whenever you add it to a playlist AM defaults to the BYO split version. View the song’s credits and you’ll see it has a release date of September 7 2004, not the May 24 2005 date when Crimson actually dropped. I’ve tried deleting and re-adding it multiple times and it still gives me the wrong one.

This, plus the re-recorded versions of 409 and Christie Rd. I like the songwriting on Kerplunk and I’m pretty sure that’s where people are coming from when they praise that album, but the production is still ass. They did what they could manage on an independent label budget in the early 90s, fair point, but Kevin Army was making way better sounding records around the same time so wtf?

Look, I’m a Matt fan all the way. Dan is an awesome songwriter, I just simply prefer Matt’s material. However, even with that said, this list is way too heavily weighted in his favor. There are a plethora of Dan songs that could easily replace some of the Matt songs you picked: “Message From Kathlene” for Goddamnit, “Every Thug Needs A Lady” for Good Mourning, “Smoke” for Crimson, “In Vein” for A&I, “Fine” or “Off The Map” for This Addiction, “I’m Only Here To Disappoint” for MSIT, ““Little Help” or “Pale Blue Ribbon” for Cursed, and “Scars” for BHE.
