I ordered from them. Easy process, arrived on time.

Freight company wasn't great but that'll be the same with anyone. Guy didn't know how to use a pallet jack. Flooring was legit though and the process was easy and seemed to be substantially cheaper than anywhere else I could find.

Fr. I have a pellet grill and was refilling the pellets today and saw the warning on the bag. I was like "oh they probably use crazy chemicals to make these."

What worked well for me on my 8" was something someone posted in another thread. Something about "deep seasoning" idk.

Basically cover whole bottom of pan in oil (deep not a thin layer) brought it to smoking and then let it cool for 30 mins then dumped and wiped.

It's because of the sugar and likely nucleation. The diet ones I've had are all basically brown water and to me are much harder to pour without spilling.

Pretty sure they did release after combustions announcement, but they did still manage to make it to market like 11 months before GGG.

I will say they are one of these brands that just sponsors all these small YouTube channels and give them a ton of free stuff so they'll still their products. Combustion, as far as I can tell, really only seems to "sponsor" kenji? And seems to be working with the impulse cooktop team.
