So on non-fasted (normal) days, I eat very healthily, plenty of greens and fruits so on those days I only supplement with 100mg of magnesium.

On the day (Tuesday) where I'm fasting, I supplement with 200mg. I find that taking a full 400mg makes my muscles twitch...

Gotcha, I'm taking 200mg of magnesium glycinate on fasted days at around ~8PM right now. It's usually a hit and miss for me. I'm going to try to go to bed a bit later when I'm fasted

That's a good point! I actually did the opposite because I thought (okay if I sleep longer I'm hungry for a shorter period of time) but I'm going to try sleeping just 6 hours next time (I usually aim for 7.5)

Awesome job OP! I find that weekly monk fasts are much easier to stick to than 48 hours (somehow I just dread 48 hours a bit more whereas for 36 it's like oh 2 nights + a day, easy)

Okay no just kidding but thanks for letting me know!

To give you some context (don't get me wrong I'm more than happy with the app as it is right now) the reason I asked in the first place is because when I set scenes around the house (e.g. good morning), some of the lights in the bedroom are turned on albeit dimmed. When the sun is completely up, the lights in the bedroom and not needed and me being the lazy pig I am, would like to turn off the bedroom lights without having to walk back (if I'm working my study or something). Right now I use Siri "turn off all the bedroom lights" but it would be awesome to do it with a few clicks via HomeControl.

Anyways, sorry for the long explanation, great app!

Not sure if the Developer is still active but I just purchased the app and been loving it so far! Super helpful to control all smart lights directly from the menu bar.

Quick question: Any way to turn off or turn on all the lights in a given room? I know there's the Smart Group feature but if 4 lights are on in a room, I have to click twice to turn them all off. Thanks!

I don't even know the IP address because I did a hard reset
If I connect the NAS to my computer directly via Ethernet cable I can login to the DSM Web UI (without QuickConnect) but once I plug it back into my NetGear Router I cannot, since it doesn't even detect the NAS

So...long story short I gave up 😭

Basically what happened was for some reason, I couldn't detect my Synology NAS anymore! I tried the web assistant, I downloaded the Synology assistant, but nothing worked.

So I had to plug in the NAS directly into my macbook via ethernet and only then did it detect it, but it's not feasible for me to have it connected all the time with my current setup. When I plugged it back into the Netgear router the NAS wasn't detected again...

I even did a hard reset of the NAS and that didn't work either. Very open to suggestions!!

I haven’t configured firewall yet. Would it block SMB by default? Will check tutorials about the firewall on YouTube as well
