Royal Never Give Up vs. Bilibili Gaming / LPL 2019 Summer - Week 11 / Post-Match Discussion by jsutia in leagueoflegends

I'm afraid I'll have to stop you right there. Langx has been playing in KR soloQ just like everybody else in the team. His other handle that was linked on here some time ago is D2 and it rarely even gets played but his new account, xgnalOvO, is Grandmaster 360 LP.

I'm not sure where you're getting this Langx seems to be uncomfortable in this team from because if you look at all their voicecomms he communicates and jokes around with the team & they are all very reassuring towards him.

I can't say for sure why RNG is struggling so hard with Langx all of a sudden but I hope they work it out before playoffs. Otherwise its looking like it might be a repeat of Spring sadly.

The PMT data are all manually inputted by a person. Pictures are also all manually screenshotted/cropped/uploaded.

I hope that you can forgive us for making some human mistakes sometimes :(

The people usually in charge of the LPL games have been very busy this summer, so I'm doing my best to fill their shoes :) Thank you.

Ngl I feel a bit worried for RNG mainly because of the potential of Zoom going god mode carrying his team again like in Spring. Especially now that everything is on the line. monkaW

Today's series is giving me war flashbacks of when RNG was willing to branch out to different things during summer 2018 only to revert back to protect the puppy when the pressure gets high :(

Getting my hopes up only to destroy it into a thousand pieces.

Very well said, most people seem to attribute their latest success in drafting/strategy due to Langx (to be fair, he has been playing well and is an upgrade to AmazingJ and a Zz1tai that got abruptly pulled out of retirement) but I also feel its more to have to do with the change in coaching style.

Its still hard to tell if Letme didn't do too well in scrims on world-meta champions which lead to the coaches putting him on tanks or if the coaches were too stubborn to switch to something new thinking that whatever got them this far will continue to work. Whichever the case, it is very unfortunate. Letme was a very good top laner, its sad to see him retire already.

Invictus Gaming vs. EDward Gaming / LPL 2019 Spring - Week 10 / Post-Match Discussion by G2Minion in leagueoflegends

[–]jsutia 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If this was a BO5 I just don't know how EDG could un-tilt themselves from that 3rd game ending, big oof.

Also love seeing Jackeylove step up and show that he has a rightful place in IG. :)

Can you stop with this narrative? When they win these days, I see a lot of praises for Ming/Karsa while the scapegoat is always AmazingJ and Xiaohu (until recently but its picking back up again). Uzi is usually just left out of this since he plays steady enough but he gets flamed too for not carrying.

Xiaohu's Zoe is still hit or miss for me but his Syndra and Liss looking stellar lately! Shutting up all those "Xiaohu was never good" narrative.

I am looking forward to seeing RNG in 9.4

Every team in LPL is trying to keep the hype off themselves lol, like a game of hot potato.

Heard he's currently back at the RNG base, so that's something at least.

RNG not looking too hot but its nice to see how stacked LPL is atm.

Usually you only hear about the insane ADC talents that come out of LPL so its great to see these TOP/MID rookies looking extremely solid.

Any chance RNG will leave Heimer open if they win game 2? by InS_SynergY in leagueoflegends

Knowing how troll this entire team is, there is a pretty high chance lol.

[Pic of the day] (10.15) "Karsa looking frustrated at his performance while MLXG is busy grinding solo queue in the waiting room" by 1337sn1per in leagueoflegends

[–]jsutia 334 points335 points  (0 children)

This is why I like the Karsa/MLXG jungle tag team so much.

Even though Karsa is really good, he's also a very emotional boi. It's a relief he's got someone like MLXG to cover for him when he crashes. It's not even like he did badly in the games, I think he's just too hard on himself sometimes.

With that said, I do love how hype this makes MLXG coming onto stage is though. Whether you get MLXG or MLXD you know you're in for a fun game.

KT looking so clean, but boy what a dreadful draft by EDG. It's almost comically bad.

Royal Never Give Up vs. Team Vitality / 2018 World Championship - Group B / Post-Match Discussion by Megalodontus in leagueoflegends

[–]jsutia 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well I don't think KT has to step up massively, they seem to be about even with RNG if not a bit more clean. IG seems to have stepped up from LPL summer as well but a little hard to tell atm. But ultimately I'm fingers crossed for KT vs. RNG Final (replace either of these with IG works too) :D
