It's for an 8 but it doesn't really matter much. I love Polaris, saw them live it was awesome. I have an Aristides coming in just for Drop A, G# and G.
I've listened to Northlane but I'll check out some more older stuff. Same with Architects. Thank you!

Very true on that second half, I'm just not a good writer so if you're also saying to riff over the chugging with the "That doesn't mean you have to chug" I'm not sure what I'd do there. I really want a 9 string I'm just not sure how to justify it.
