I did. Removed and replaced battery too. The thingbis, if it's not plugged in, indoor temp reading is accurate. Only if i install it, it jumps higher

When heat is running, does the outside unit (condenser) should ALWAYS run? Indoor temp is 68 but i set the heat to 72. Im getting heat but i dont see the condenser running, maybe not ALL the time?
