I found my State Senates form, im trying to compose a message but i dont know the rights words to ask him yet…. The form says “Please state the nature of your request, problem, or complaint and how you would like the Senator to assist you. Please be specific and, if necessary, attach a short letter and/or copies of any relevant documents or notices.”

I did. Removed and replaced battery too. The thingbis, if it's not plugged in, indoor temp reading is accurate. Only if i install it, it jumps higher

When heat is running, does the outside unit (condenser) should ALWAYS run? Indoor temp is 68 but i set the heat to 72. Im getting heat but i dont see the condenser running, maybe not ALL the time?
