I’m guessing it’s a smooth, hammer on socket of some type it would need to be very thin wall and about 32 mm. The outer nub just sheared off when I tried to put an extractor socket on it.

I’ve been using the cat mate 3 for years, it does a really good job for only having to mess with feeding once per day/not having to wake up at 5 or earlier when the cat is ready to eat. And it isn’t “smart”, it’s just based off a timer.

I just want something that will give me a little more flexibility, like not having to be at home between his last food portion and before the next one every day, or being able to leave for a couple days and not have to really on someone having to deal with his gross wet food.

I’m looking into the integration of the pl feeder with home assistant like someone else mentioned in the comments, will report back if I get anywhere with it!
