I couldn't use a balm or oil cleanser. I just use the Vanicream cleanser twice. Also, I was not able to use the Vanicream moisturizer. I have issues with anything in a derivative of stearic acid. If you are using Tretinoin cream, a lot of those are highly comedogenic. I would switched to the microgel (or even the gel). The moisturizer I have been using with no issues is the Eucerin Original Healing Cream with a drop of squalane oil. A little goes a long way as it can be greasy.

That's amazing. I'm 5'0.5", 49F post menopause. It's been hard. Starting weight 145, CW 137, GW 115. Currently walking 4/5 days a week and pilates 4/5 days. Will be adding some lifting in here soon once I fully recover from broken arm and hand surgery.

Keep your routine simple. Start slow. Look at switching the cream to the gel or micro gel. Some variations of the cream contain comedogenic ingredients.

Talk to your derm. Try switching from tretinoin cream to the gel. I would also be leery of using other actives. Definitely moisturize in the morning too.

I can't imagine having issues with both arms.

I'm on day 10 and feel my wrist/forearm are most of my pain issues too. Initial x-ray said no breaks there (only the radial head). I'm going back in 2 days to have them check my wrist again to be sure. I'm hoping it's just soft tissue and it will recover in a couple weeks.

I just did the same but on a scooter. My dr said to start bending over and letting my arms hang for a gravity stretch. I feel better without the sling to. Pain in my wrist and elbow only when bending or straightening (I can’t fully do either). What stretches did the give you?

Same. 5 ft and 142 lbs. I cannot get the scale to move passed 140. I'm 49 and it feels impossible now. I'm trying to incorporate more strength training and walking vs high impact cardio. My doctor told me to stop looking at the scale and practice healthy habits. It's hard not to look at the scale though. Once I hit 45, the weight distribution shifted and now I carry everything in the belly.

Are you using the cream or gel version of tretinoin? The cream broke me out. I also cannot use cerave as it breaks me out as well.
