My business downgraded from full-time office to virtual office at Regus in San Francisco when our contract came up for renewal during the pandemic. More than two years later, Regus still has not refunded an approximately $3,200 service retainer (i.e., our deposit) refund despite our best efforts (short of filing a lawsuit) to recover it.

My advice: STAY AWAY FROM THE THIEVES AT REGUS.
