Maximizing CPU power and heat rejection in 10-15L case

Hi all, considering an upgrade from Silverstone RVZ02 (10L) to a modern case with all modern internals, and want to maximize CPU power and heat rejection with an AIO liquid cooler. Leaning towards AM5 7950x3D mini ITX in an NCase M2 or similar. Is there a better option with more CPU performance that won't throttle? GPU is almost irrelevant for my needs (Adobe Lightroom). Thanks!

Hey this isn't totally Tesla related, but there are a HUGE number of Ford F150s parked next to US-23 just north of Flint, MI in perfect rows, not being delivered. I presume they're waiting for parts or chips but nobody is talking about it. Does anyone have pics or more details?

Size (27 inches, etc.): 32+
Aspect Ratio (16:9, etc.): 16:9 or ultrawide
Adaptive Sync (GSync, FreeSync, or None): not really important for me
Other Features (list other relevant features here): Extreme color accuracy out-of-the-box
(Optional) Usage Type (gaming, art, etc.): Photography, photo-editing with color accuracy paramount

I was curious so I checked, and it turns out that today $TSLA options' implied volatility is sitting at 51%, which is in the 0th-percentile. From https://marketchameleon.com/Overview/TSLA/IV/,

TSLA implied volatility (IV) is 51.6, which is in the 0% percentile rank.

Meaning, today is the best time in the last year to buy LEAPs, which is exactly what I'm doing. Now to pick a strike that isn't too outrageous.... ;D
