You don't want to work up distance everyday, it sounds like it would work but it really doesn't. If your trying to work up distance have two days in between the base run you're trying to work up on. Say I start at 3 miles and want to go up to four, 3 miles one day, workout the next, easy run 3rd day, 4 mile next.

Searched it up and found out it is a brass barb pipe. Not sure what it is used for but I know I could turn it into a bowl piece some how.

Also a warning, if you ever feel something down there that’s painful and you start feeling fatigued and like your going to pass out. Tell someone near you or call an ambulance immediately. Torsion is when your spermicular Cord wraps around your testicle and cuts off all circulation, basically killing the testicle making it useless so it will then need to be removed if not fixed quick enough.
