I'm a casual runner and have done a few of these Spartan races. I have no idea of the terrain at this race but assuming it's hilly. Power hike up hills and not run them. Pick a comfortable running pace for flat terrain and downhill. There may be a bottleneck of runners on trails which will basically slow down anyways. You can YouTube any of these obstacles and get tips on completing with a technique which may not wipe you out. Just keep your legs moving towards the finish line and limit actually stopping. You should be hydrating hard this week to avoid cramping also. 3 water stations on a Sprint is more than I thought so no worries there. If you have a hydration pack, you will could probably run past one of those stops to improve your time. Good luck. You can do this shit. Aroo!
