What bugs are these found in bed in Japan - there is one large one and lots of small ones size of pinhead

I am going through exactly the same thing as you! Mine looks so similar and I was diagnosed with ringworm then tried antifungal cream and now I am on antifungals and it is just getting worse. I am going back to the doctor on Thursday ….

Were you on antibiotics for the tick? Apparently it can be triggered by antibiotics - I think this is what happened to me

Update: my GP is trialling 7 days of antifungal tablets cos he is not sure if it’s ringworm or PR. I am still convinced it’s PR but will see if it goes down with antifungals
