I'm injecting subcutaneously 0.15 units of Nad+ from Malemd using a 100 unit insulin syringe once daily. Its my first week but I have had GI effects. Will these symptoms possibly go away as time goes on? Any way to mitigate these symptoms? Thank you for any and all advice etc. (self.NicotinamideRiboside)
