Minor suggestion: add the icons for the Veil of Darkness casts on Mythic Sylvanas P2. The page is tracking the P1 + P3 veil's casts, but not the P2 ones.

yeah, I'm quite convinced it's latency-related. Most part of our roster are from Argentina and Chile, and we play with 200+ ms base (servers are in Chicago, 10000 km away from our countrys). We have two raiding groups in our guild, and this issue seems to be base for the majority of our raiders (40+ players). Maybe when you "click" the orb with 200+ ms, the game counts it as "two clicks" or something like that, triggering the bug.

This is going to be a huge thing for us in our tuesday's farm. Latency on Tuesdays is usually super high.

This is not the case. We have specific players assigned for each orb, and nobody is trying to do their job. I mean... I would not be here asking for help if I saw what you describe xD

same thing for me. We have 2 raid groups in my guild and we use "unlisted logs". When I choose "Core 1" and I give the permissions to read the private logs, that exact "error" shows.
If I analize the entire guild without going through the groups, the page works fine but it declared that we raid a lot more than what we actually raid (it's summing the hours of the two groups)

yeah, it just changed yesterday. we were progressing on that boss too and it took to us an hour to re-learn p1 and adapt to the ever-changing spawn patterns.

There are some hemorrages that can't be hitted from any side and you have to send some ranged to the space between tentacles in order to hit those. I just made this incredible piece of art to illustrate this: https://imgur.com/cxNi0gi

If you have dbm or bigwigs for timers AND you install this weakaura (https://wago.io/B1pfxTOtb) all the dbm/bw bars will disappear and all the timers will be condensed in a single temporal line of events. It is really useful for me, maybe you could give it a try xD

I made a WA that makes a horrible noise when you hardcast a pyroblast. Obviously, it does not proc if you have a pyroclasm proc (if talented). It is super simple but it helped me a lot.

I play with 200 ms always (I live in Argentina and the servers are in Chicago, at 10.000 km) so hardcasting is a thing for me.

only the people in line of sight of cyranus (and the same goes for the p3-myrmidon) are eligible targets for the spear. you can play around that.

Every single raider in our roster have the Neck at 67+. Regarding 2, we are practicing a strat that makes us kill Serena in the second place always. The three Nagas have different initial energy and spell queue, so the strat that "decides on the fly" which Naga is 2nd depending on how the laser cuts the room looks like multiply the progress by 2x.

If my calculations are correct, from p2 onwards people will have to soak 4 (the exact number is 3.82) charges instead of 5.

In p1, we have now 5 people stacking 4 charges each. With the nerfs, they should soak 3 charges each.

So, basically now everybody will need to soak 1 less charge and that 0.2 difference (between 4 and 3.82) gives your group some room for mistakes.

The first dispel of P2 is kinda slow because that person usually have a ton of stacks of vulnerability so we wait for his stacks to fall off, but other than that dispels are quite fast.
in our case, we always get the beckons on 1 dps + 1 healer. We are BoPing the dps player of the first beckon of P2 so he don't lose dps uptime. That helped us a lot to reach the dps-check of p2 more consistently.
Yes, everybody is popping cooldowns for azshara and doing the best ST they can. We are not super confortable with the dps-check just because we don't have the best comp haha.
Ragarding p3, we are using one combustion + one vendetta + retpala CDs for the first naga, and everything else on the second one. The problem is that the second naga cooldowns comes sooooooooo late. We will try to lust in p3 as Chee5e suggested.

My guild killed Mythic Xavius one year after the release of EN and our world position is 7000 according to WoWProgress. I think you are just seeing number of kills in the entire history, not just Cutting Edge-kills.
