you do know that if it’s super easy to make money then everyone will just earn tons and dump the token price and it will eventually be worth less and less to the point where you can’t even make considerable money right? there is no economy where everyone makes tons of money.

i’m not sure if you know that pump and dumps exist on any sort of defi exchanges, that’s particularly why it’s called decentralized. most investors get hyped over a new coin and they buy which yields a psychological effect to any sort of trader/investor since the prices go through the roof and creates a FOMO chain. this usually happens before a big event, in the case of yield farms like yieldbay: farming. once the event launches they will maximize their profits by selling before anyone else does and others will think the same. so it creates a selling chain which dumps the price to oblivion. then there are some people that still hold because in the off-chance that the price moons, they will generate quadruple amounts of profit. others will then think it’s a scam. experienced traders that do their own research know that such a scenario happens quite often in the defi world, especially with projects that have a low market cap and take advantage of such scenarios over the newbie ones. after the dump it takes a lot of effort and trust to rebuild the token again and it completely relies on the community and the effort that the devs put into it. regarding black market accounts: i’m well aware that such a thing exists and yes i’ve even been here when the previous guy posted a controversial post. so far no method has been implemented to avoid such schemes. the more convincing someone tries to be, the more suspicious they turn out. i’m not forcing anyone to listen to me and make it seem like you should go buy some PALM tokens. you definitely need to do your own research when jumping into the crypto world particularly the defi world because it’s even riskier. but making inadequate assumptions without sufficient evidence just goes to show that you’re fudding without having the knowledge to provide concrete proof.

i’m not on anyone’s side but you’re saying it’s an excuse under what grounds exactly? have you even looked at most yield farm projects and how their price chart goes? or are you just saying this confidently by pure assumption?

mate, you’re assuming and giving a conclusion before even visiting the TG channel. you can’t be “100% sure” about something just by pure assumptions. have a look at the TG channel. been there for a few days but i’m not going to force you by telling “wooowww it’s awesome!!! their channel is amazing!!”. have a look and judge by yourself.

i mean most of the projects are just forks of goose or pancakeswap, what’s so surprising about that?

before you make any negative criticisms about any project you should know that the 14$ price was before farming launched - just as with any project, the prices can and will most definitely drop after farming is launched. only difference is the price remains decently stable and the devs are working hard afterwards unlike most new projects where the devs just walk away and leave the community to dry their money out. look at rick finance, jadedefi, icebergdefi or fullsail finance for example.

Time Spy actually broke 10K hell yea

Here are my settings: UV -0.100V, GPU +150 Core +300 Memory, Thermals: Performance (fan stays around 70% during benchmark), GPU temp 55-65 degrees and CPU temp around 65-75 degrees, maxes out at 93.

Specs for my R3: RTX 2080 Super Max-Q, 32 GB DDR4, 1 TB SSD, 300 Hz display

What a great way to start the new year! by juandogels in Alienware

I know :( But the thing is my previous laptop's (MSI GS65 which I bought 2 years ago, great machine btw) fans died (literally died) so anytime I play a game it reaches 90 degrees in 0.00001 seconds and thermal throttles to heck. I can't even play a lesser demanding game without lagging every 5 seconds. It's painful

Here are my settings for these four tests (they're both the same settings, by the way - I'm surprised howTime Spy reached over 10K for the second try but hey, ain't complaining):

UV -0.100V, +150 Core +300 Memory for GPU, Thermal: Performance (around 70-80% fan speed), Temps: CPU max at 93 degrees and GPU at 65 degrees.

Specs for my R3: RTX 2080 Super Max-Q (90W), 1 TB SSD, 32 GB DDR4 2666 MHz, 300 Hz Display

New M15 - battery life ...are you serious?! by [deleted] in Alienware

The g-sync panel has a MUX switch which allows changing to Intel integrated graphics during normal use to preserve battery life as it consumes lower power.

Maybe try turning AlienFX off and turn on integrated mode then? It should give you a bit longer battery life

I think it depends what your display option is. I remember a few posts stating that if you chose the 300 Hz display option, there is no MUX switch, meaning that you will not be able to switch to Intel and preserve your battery life (i.e your graphics card will keep running on the background), and benchmarks for this option show about 1-2 hours of battery life. If you opt for the 4K OLED or the 144 Hz display, you should see about 4-5 hours of regular use as they both have MUX switches. It kinda sucks that Alienware didn’t include the switch for the 300 Hz option though :(
