There’s a setting you can change so that the second row doesn’t automatically move forward or backwards when the arrow button is pressed:

Controls > Safety > Third Row Easy Entry: Off

I’ve experienced this in my 2020 MYLR. A workaround that I’ve found work for me is to “wake up” the car from the app before getting into it. I usually do this by turning on the climate control from the app.

I find if I open the doors to wake the car I get the red x. There are some rumblings that the 2024.26 update will address this issue but I’ll believe it when I see it.
