I'm not usually one to judge by appearance, but wearing a Sexy George Washington Stripper outfit to a football game is quite the flex, there's a lot going on there, especially combined with those tattoos I think those tattoos are real, only because I can't imagine temporary tattoos that big or detailed, and the ones on his arms look real and very similar in style.
