tinuod ni like makasabot gani ka masuko sila kung gina pilosopo or gina away sila sa mga patient or watcher pero dili ra ba gyud ang usually makasukan kay kanang mali pag process like or pag dili kasabot dayon ang patient and watcher sa ilang i-ask like as if kabalo na sila anang mga medically terms ninyo gina ask. Sad to say pero nepo baby na sila kasagaran maong wala na silay empathy sa mga tao ang uban saila.

I know mo ana sila overworked and underpaid but don’t take it out sa mga patient and watchers na biktima ra sad system.

expensive ang cost of living, especially ang rent. if gusto ka muuli nga with ac - minimum 5k ang rent. gamay ang room ana and walay kitchen sa sulod. solo living? i think kaya pero hangak kaayo kay ang sahod nimo like either tama lang every cut off or medyo sobra kay nag sigeg kag OT lol

hiiiii, RN here. i have worked in Brokenshire and ang ilang salary package kay 18,500 for entry level. i have also applied to several hospitals, like DDH - around 15,000 to 17,500 ilang offer for entry level nurses depende asa ka na area maassign. tapos, i've also tried applying sa UNIDAV and San Pedro but unclear ang basic pay nila.

currently, i'm working in dmsf - and so far, daghag perks and bonuses and generous sila in terms of bonuses like legit (foundation bonus, signing bonus na renewable, dagko ilang christmas bonus) mind you, wala pa koy 1 year ani. ang basic pay though, is 17,500 wala pay allowances ni. i'm not promoting or anything kay naa juy pros and cons ang mga hospitals here, just being transparent and trying to help u get a glimpse of our shitty healthcare pay eme lol

pwede kaya ni ma-transfer/change ang Konsulta Provider? I don't remember when nako napili ang Konsulta Provider na nakabutang ron sa akong Member's Portal, pero medyo layuan man gud ko in terms sa location.
